The sole and exclusive right to cancel any content from being published or reflected on its website stays with Easy Book Ad. Howsoever, in such a scenario, the refunded amount would be paid to the clients within a duration of 15-20 working days with some deduction.

Different Payment Terms

Various online payment methods such as netbanking, IMPS/NEFT/RTGS, debit and credit cards can be used to make payments.

Cancellation Policy and Procedures

As far as abandoning or cancelling advertisements matter, the process will take into account whether or not the request for an advertisement is already processed/ sent to the corresponding newspaper/magazine or radio channel for publishing or not. In order to assure cancellation or abandonment, the user has to connect with our customer care team through email or any form of written communication which will discuss abandonment of the advertisement. However, some terms and conditions apply and the request is needed to be done during a time period of 48 hours from date of booking. Some minor cancellation charges will apply which will be discussed by our team. Howsoever, in such a scenario advertisers can avail maximum refund only if their concerns and complaints are genuine and reasonable enough. Further, the reimbursed amount will be quite similar to the value of controversial and unpublished ads.

If requests raised during a period 48 hours

• Ad will be cancelled/abandoned (Cancellation charges will apply)
• Ad will be cancelled if it has not been scheduled (Charges will apply)

If an Ad is cancelled after a period 48 hours

• In such a scenario, if the Ad has already been scheduled by the publisher, cancellation will not be processed. On the contrary, our team will try its best to stop such ads from being published (Completely dependent on publisher’s request)

If an Ad is missed by a newspaper/magazine/radio channel

• As far as such events occur, users are entitled to a complete refund based on requests
• Furthermore, they also have an option to reschedule their Ad.

Requests regarding rescheduling of Ads/ Transformation of Ad context/increasing the number of publications

• All these transformations will be accepted if ads have not been already scheduled
• These changes are done without any extra charges
• As far as new dates are concerned, they will depend upon proper accessibility and availability
• If any extra charges will be levied, then an online invoice will be sent to clients and it’s their responsibility to clear it as soon as possible.

Scenarios when documents are not received on time

• If such cases occur, then Ads cannot be published at any cost
• If a user files for cancellation request, he/she needs to pay some charges

Specific conditions when Text is not accepted by any newspaper

• In case such an issue arises, we will make a Fresh Schedule
• However, if users desire cancellation or abandonment, charges will be levied

Duplicate Ad/Payment

• No cancellation charges will be levied in such cases

Modifications of Terms and Conditions –

Easy Book Ad reserves exclusive right and discretion shall reserve the right to modify the Terms & Conditions any time and without providing any prior notice to its clients/advertisers. Further, the organisation also has supreme authority to transform, edit, modify and alter the content of advertisements.

Rescheduling of Advertisement

Easy Book Ad has exclusive authority and right to turn down, transform, modify or reschedule any advertisement/listing notwithstanding earlier acceptance of the same.

Refusal of Service

Easy Book Ad reserves the right and is entitled to pursue the legal route, if it comes to the conclusion that any user might have violated the Terms & Conditions discussed between both parties. Action taken by the organisation might not only be restricted to the cancellation of the user's account and/or debarring any person who may have violated any of the Terms & Conditions. Additionally, we have complete authority to refuse services to anyone at any time, and to remove any listings or advertisements for any reason, without providing any advance notice.

Various taxes and costs applicable with our services

The client has to accept and agree to the fact that he/she will have to take responsible for all applicable taxes and costs which are incurred as a result of Easy Book Ad’s service. Moreover, we have the authority and reserve the right to increase or decrease our fees connected with our services at our sole discretion.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The client is excepted to accept various advantages associated with our service will be provided at his/her own risk. Moreover, Easy Book Ad does not recognize any sort of warranty; whether express or implied. Furthermore, our team also refuses to acknowledge any implicit warranties related to merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose and non-infringement.

We decline to give any Warranty associated with the Service

Easy Book Ad refuses to provide any sort of warranty that the service provided by us will completely take care of user's necessities, it will be steady and unhindered, timely, safe, or will be free from errors. Moreover, we also do not offer any warranty as to the outcome that may be obtained from the use of such service or as to the precision, validity or reliability of any information procured from the service.

Laws and regulations

As far as these Terms & Conditions and the association between clients and Easybookad are concerned, these shall be administered by the laws of (GB Nagar U.P. ), while not taking into account its conflict of law provisions. In this framework, both the client and Easy Book Ad will have to acknowledge the fact that they will have to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of courts located within the (GB Nagar U.P. )

Filing of Claim

As far as this framework matters, the client agrees that notwithstanding any conflicting enactments or regulations, any claim regarding services of Easy Book Ad should be made in a duration of 15 days.

Approval of Advertisements

Easy Book Ad will accept and embrace various advertisements only on behalf of various publications presented on its website. Nevertheless, we do not acknowledge any responsibility for any obstruction by several publications to dispense any of their commitments towards the consumers.

Reporting Infringement of various Terms and Conditions

We would request all our users to support us in making the experience with Easy Book Ad enjoyable and perfect. If customers witness any sorts of materials or inappropriate behaviour which might infringe upon or be in contravention of our Terms & Conditions, they are requested to contact and inform our support team accordingly.

Acknowledgement and Acceptance related to Terms and Conditions

Various specifications, details, terms and conditions showcased here constitute of the entire agreement between the Client/User (as defined above) and the Company (as defined above).

Personal Services

Although different kinds of advertisements are accepted in sincerity, straightforwardness and good faith, Easy Book Ad will not acknowledge responsibility for their accuracy, impediments, errors, omission in publication, decrease in production, conformity with all applicable laws, etc. The advertiser/user and/or publisher are expected to reimburse Easy Book Ad for any action or claim or declaration brought by any third party arising directly or indirectly from publication or non-publication of an advertisement including but not limited to violation or contravention of any law/statutory requirement etc.

Terms associated with payments

• Users should take into account that all payments should be confirmed with us, 3 days before the final publication of advertisements occurs
• In case of overdue accounts, a service charge of 2% will be levied per month.
• If any dispute arises, the issue will have to be resolved under jurisdiction of GB Nagar U.P. courts.
